The item must be returned in unused, undamaged condition in its original box.

Unfortunately, we don't offer exchanges. To make our returns process as easy as possible, we only offer refunds. The best way to exchange an order is to simply place a new one for the item you want and return the item you already have for a refund.

CUSTOM ORDERS:

All customized items are non-returnable and non-refundable. Even if the platform allows a return request. Such requests will be declined.
