Shipping policy
Since most of our items are made to order specifically for you, it may take us between 2 to 8 work days to ship your order. Please be patient and relax with a glass of hot chocolate.
We send orders from Monday to Friday as public holidays are exceptions. All orders are sent from Sofia, Bulgaria.
Once the item is shipped you will get a tracking number.
We offer two ways of delivering the package. Standard shipping using registered Deutsche Post service and Express shipping using DHL Express shipping
STANDART SHIPPING:
Delivery is estimated in 4 – 10 business days.
We ship with Deutsche Post (www.deutschepost.de) - a German courier part of DHL. Once this reaches your country, it will be transferred to your national postal agency (for example, it will be USPS in the USA).
DHL EXPRESS SHIPPING:
Delivery is estimated in 2 – 6 business days. All orders are trackable.

For the sake of clarity:

We gladly accept returns and exchanges, although the product is made to order. Contact us within 14 days of delivery. The item must be returned in unused, undamaged condition in its original box. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
To facilitate the return process, the packages are sent to our partners in Germany for customers from the EU and to the UK for the rest of the world.
The refund will be made within 15 business days from the date of receipt.
1. RETURNS:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, a full refund minus shipping costs is available within 14 days from the date of delivery. Once your return is received and inspected we will reimburse you within 15 business days.

Unfortunately, we don't offer exchanges. To make our returns process as easy as possible, we only offer refunds. The best way to exchange an order is to simply place a new one for the item you want and return the item you already have for a refund.

3. ITEMS ON SALE:
At this moment items on SALE cannot be refunded.
4. CANCELLATION:
You can cancel your order in the next 8 hours after you make the payment. After that, it will be too late, because the order is processed and we can not accept your request.
5. NON-REFUNDABLE COSTS:
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. CONDITIONS OF RETURN
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
