I wanted to love these so badly, but I just can’t wear them. The shoes were significantly too small even though I ordered my regular size AND measured carefully before ordering. Also, buyer beware: these shoes are NOT for you if you have thicker ankles. I’ve never had an issue with ankle straps being too small before, but I wasn’t able to buckle these around my ankle at all. In the picture you can see how much smaller the strap from this shoe is compared to the ankle strap from my Birkenstocks- about 4 full inches. I’m super bummed about not keeping these because they’re so cute and seem like they would be pretty comfortable (also bummed to have to pay to ship them back to Europe), but unfortunately they’re just not salvageable for me.
Very cute and comfy! I normally wear a size 6/7 in sandals and 8 in tennis shoes/boots. I went with a size 38 in these and they work well. I am using the second to last hole in the straps around the ankles, but I have pretty small ankles and can see how some folks may need a longer strap. These are a little uncomfortable to drive in, but if I loosen the ankle strap it’s okay.
I love the quality of these shoes and I have a pair of the open toe sandals I wear everyday, but these are very snug and if I knew that I would have definitely sized up for a more comfortable fit. I am hoping that they stretch out because I absolutely love how they look and the quality of the leather!

I love how they look but I was in between sizes and should have sized up as they fit a bit too small. I also have to use the last or second to last hole on the ankle buckles and I do not have large ankles.
